Overview & context

Explain about the problem we had, we needed someone to online train the people who would test the software, clients will request on-site training, with the size of the company that was something not doable. Meanwhile was very intuitive, you still needed some puesta a punto to fully understand the capabilities of the system.

Objective

Create a scalable tool, easy to update when launching new functionalities, and with a comprehensive language.

Challenge

How to update this tool without asking the users to download information again? we can’t control who does something yet, so it has to be something online. how to make it visual? how to make it neutral for different public services? how to share the access?

Outcome

We came out with Notion, still had the problem of privacy, since it was a public page so we knew was a temporary solution meanwhile we migrated everything towards a platform designated for this.
